Do you accept manual injections or funding from related parties in your crowdfunding campaigns?

No, FSPL does not manually inject its own funds into crowdfunding campaigns.

However, we do accept manual injections from related parties, in the following situations:

  • When there is an Issuer driven request. When the Issuer is asking for the loan to be processed more quickly, and cannot wait for crowdfunding to process for too long, our related party(ies) might manually inject funds to shorten the crowdfunding process.

  • For Pilot-Testing and validating credit risk for new products. Our related parties may invest its funds to test new products before offering them for crowdfunding.

  • When anticipating crowdfunding needs. If there is limited response during the crowdfunding process, our related party(ies) reserve(s) the option to inject additional support to enhance the crowdfunding initiative.
