What if I wish to complain?

Funding Societies Pte. Ltd. (“Funding Societies” or “the Company” or “We” or “Us”) is headquartered in Singapore and operates with a Capital Markets Services License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).

We will abide by the following principles:

  • Customers are to be treated fairly at all times

  • Complaints are to be dealt with in a timely manner

  • Customers will be informed of avenues to escalate their complaints

For any complaint, dispute or controversy, please send an email to complaints.sg@fundingsocieties.com with “complaint” as part of the email subject. We shall ensure an effective monitoring / escalation mechanism to ensure the customer complaints are resolved in a proper and time bound manner.

You may also reach out to us via the Live Chat function at the bottom right corner of the our web page, or under “Settings” on our mobile app. In the event that you do not receive a confirmation from Funding Societies acknowledging your complaint within 2 business days, please call us at +65 6221 0958 on Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00 (excluding public holidays).

All complaints received will be acknowledged within 2 business days (being a day, other than a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in Singapore) from the date of receipt of the complaint. A complaint received on any day other than a business day, or after the close of business on a business day, will be treated as having been received on the next business day.

Kindly note that Funding Societies is a SME financing platform facilitating the role of an agent to introduce investors to issuers vice versa. The responsibility and decision to invest lies with the customer.
