What if I wish to complain?

Funding Societies Pte. Ltd. (“Funding Societies” or “the Company” or “We” or “Us”) is headquartered in Singapore and operates with a Capital Markets Services License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).

We shall not only ensure that all complaints received via email (to complaints.sg@fundingsocieties.com with <complaint> in the email title) are recorded and acknowledged within the time frame as required by the MAS, we shall also ensure an effective monitoring / escalation mechanism to ensure the customer complaints are resolved in a proper and time bound manner.


We will abide by the following principles:

  • Customers are to be treated fairly at all times

  • Complaints are to be dealt with in a timely manner

  • Customers will be informed of avenues to escalate their complaints


In the event that you do not receive a confirmation from Funding Societies acknowledging your complaint within 2 business days, please call us at +65 6221 0958 on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), 9am to 6pm. A complaint received on any day other than a business day, or after the close of business on a business day, may be treated as having been received on the next business day.


Kindly note that Funding Societies is a SME financing platform facilitating the role of an agent to introduce investors to issuers vice versa. The responsibility and decision to invest lies with the customer.
