If this is your first deposit, the minimum amount to transfer is S$100 and subsequent deposits can be of any amount.
How to locate your Virtual Account Number (VA) in your account?
Web app:
Log in, select "Deposit" under the menu
Your VA (starting with 8853*) can be found on the left-hand column
Mobile app:
Log in, click on the dollar sign on the bottom pane and follow the steps accordingly.
Your VA number (starting with 8853*) can be found in Step 3 of this page.
Enter the amount you have deposited, select the bank that it came from, the method of funds transfer and upload a screenshot of the receipt/deposit confirmation that should clearly show your bank account number and amount transferred.
The deposit will be reflected in your account within 1 business day, if no further verification is required.
Acceptable Payment Methods:
Bank transfers (Account transfer, FAST transfer)
Note: Cheque payments are not permitted.
Payments must come from the investor's own bank account. Third-party payments are not allowed and will be rejected.
Can I make a deposit from a joint bank account?
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept deposits made from joint accounts. Deposits made from joint bank accounts will be rejected.
